Technical round and then practical round Then if we selected we have to give HR round. Then based on that they can make offer. It's easy process for anyone who is belog to this field.

Interview
Today there was walk in interviews, there is no seating arrangement, congested & ugly place.
Candidate have to stand for half hour, no proper management.
First HR round, HR can not speak english properly, not confident, in every question i need to say pardon when i asked detailed question on company policy, she unable to answer.
Second round was technical and no strong technical persons are there, below my experience person conducted my interview.
No proper way of feedback, Hr said, you can go. That's it.
Totally waste of time.

Explaining silly terms and condition which are totally in favor of company, No benefits of employee. No flexible timings, I need to submit 50K amount cheque and one year bond.
