Didn't pass phone screen, but apparently: 1st round: phone screen with HR 2nd round: phone screen with Product 3rd round: take-home assignment 4th round: virtual onsite The phone screen was with the Program Manager, who seemed very uninterested in being there. Afterwards, I told my friends it was the stalest and most boring phone screen because it felt like an interrogation. She only asked 2 questions, so most of the 30 minutes was me asking questions about the company. Most of the time, the answers were fairly standard. The only positive thing is that they answer back fairly fast. I applied and got a response within a week. I think I got the rejected 2 days after the phone screen.

Very long interview process. I did all four rounds and it took a month. Not a single interviewer added me back on LinkedIn - never had that happen before and I’ve interviewed with big name companies. Seems like a pretentious company because of this. I would not bother applying if you don’t go to an Ivy or have 5+ years of experience at a Fortune 500 company - based on everyone’s profile that is who they hire.
