Interview
1) HR screener lasted about 20 minutes, the recruiter sounded very dull and bored out of her mind.
2) They brought me to a virtual interview with 1 manager that only lasted around 5 minutes. They only asked 1-2 questions and I answered very thoroughly using STARS and they seemed content. This was a big red flag because I've never had interviews this short before.
After 24 hours, they told me that they wanted to pursue other candidates. From my point of view, it seemed like they had already decided before the 2nd interview to cut me. I emailed HR kindly requesting what I could improve upon/feedback. Never heard back from them. Very unprofessional and the manager/HR seemed very inexperienced with conducting interviews.

Interview
It was way too much for what the job paid. Phone interview, interview with a manager, interview with a director. All of whom did not even work in the office I was applying to yet, as soon as the interview started with the manager somehow I felt like I had already not been selected because I did not "look the part" I know who and what this company likes to hire. Just being honest.
Not a great experience. Interview felt like she was going through the motions and not interested at all. Most of the time she wasn’t even looking at me just at another screen.

There are three phases and four interviews. First, you have the phone interview. Second, you have the mock call interview. Third, you have the track record of success interview. Last, you have the curiosity and intelligence interview.
