The interview process was fantastic. Even though I did not receive an offer letter, I was satisfied because the entire process was fair, seamless, and straight forward. I always ask for feedback from the hiring manager and the recruiting contact. As I'm sure you know, you typically get ghosted or routine copy/paste answers 99% of the time. Not here! My recruiting contact, Jess Guenette, specifically went out of her way several times to give me honest, critical, and constructive feedback. She even followed up to give some very helpful tips and resources. Just super thoughtful. I truly felt that the recruiting staff—especially Jess—genuinely cared about the people and candidates she was working with. She was professional throughout the entire process, but still personable, and helped to make the entire process as smooth as possible. If Jess is indicative of the caliber of Samsaara employees, then I am not at all surprised by their high glassdoor ratings!
