Straightforward interview process. Was recruited on Linkedin and went through a hiring manager chat and portfolio review. Recruiter gave me feedback on my performance via a call and I felt it was quite personal and nice.

Everyone I talked to sounded really bored/tired/stressed. I got to the portfolio presentation phase and the interviewer sounded really bored throughout the interview. So I didn’t put much effort either
