I applied online. I interviewed at Samsung Austin Semiconductor
Interview
Absolutely terrible. The interview process was atrocious and the lack of communication and organization on Samsung's end heavily showed. The representatives constantly left you hanging and never gave you a clear path on what was to come next. When it came time to move to the second round of interviews, an email was sent out very late and miraculously all of the spots were filled within a couple of seconds. It was evident that Samsung clearly had their spots filled prior to sending out the email. In other words, save your time and apply elsewhere- your time will just be wasted when applying to Samsungs Semicondutor location in Austin.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and professional. I first completed a short phone screen, followed by a more in-depth virtual interview with a panel of engineers. They asked thoughtful questions about problem-solving, past projects, and teamwork. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Question 1
Introduce yourself and explain a difficult experience that demonstrated leadership.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Nov 2023
Interview
Interview was kind of strange. Three people in room through Zoom. Basic behavioral questions, none that really went over technical knowledge. Through in a fun question in there to shake it up, so maybe stay aware of that.
