I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics America (Jackson, MS) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process is very similar to a lot of larger organization with a linear structure and formalized. The role is new to the organization in the sense that the hiring is being moved from a vendor to in-house. The recruiting team has a lot of applications to review and move them to viable candidates very quickly.

Question 1
Can you describe a time that you took initiative ?
The process was simple with a referral but the question are very knowledge base around manager experience. Must have very extensive knowledge around metrics and unit sales. Also understanding merchandising help & operations helped.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics America (New York, NY) in Sept 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, who called me later the same day (arranged) to do the initial pre-screen. I was told I'd get an email to schedule a video interview, which I received the next day. The video interview was held with 2 district managers, took about 45 minutes. They ask situational questions about past experiences. Working with a team, meeting goals on a deadline. They really care about organization and how you plan. They ask about that quite a bit.
I was told at the end I'd get an email with an offer OR a letter in the mail. I waited a month and got nothing. I was able to reach out to my recruiter who got me in touch with the hiring manager to find out I didn't get the job.
