Phone interview was short, with just three questions:
1. Why do you apply for the role?
2. What do we sell?
3. What are your salary expectations?
One-on-one interview was more in-depth with questions like:
1. Tell me something about yourself.
2. Explain your current work, what do you work. How your work day looks like?
3. Why did you apply for the position?
4. Describe your ideal working day?
From that point on interview was based around STAR model, with the question like:
5. Give me an example of a work situation you were involved in with a positive outcome. What were your duties? What action did you took? How you overcome obstacles? What was the end effect?
