If you are a person of color, they are just gonna waste your time. Did not spot a single person of color as an Engineer during my site interview. Basically, whatever people wrote on Glassdoor is true. When you dont like someone, you know it by the 3rd interview. There is no point of scheduling multitudes of interviews and assessment tests when they dont do that to Caucasian Applicants (Yes, i sneakily reached out to some). Those Assessments that have nothing to do with the job role , . They kept on reposting the job for 3-4 months that clearly shows either they are waiting for the right white dude or they have no urgency to fill this role.
Apart from that - Interviewers do not even know what they are hiring for. 2nd interviewer and 3rd interviewer mentioned conflicting job responsibilities.
