San Antonio College interview questions

There was one in-person interview with the hiring committee where they asked a series of questions and rated my answers to them. There was also an extra Zoom interview with the Dean for Student Success to give them a better idea of who I am.

Received email to set up a ZOOM interview 2 months after placing application on ACD careers website. Interview was with head of admissions and head of marketing. Straight forward standard interview questions about previous experience. The interview lasted about 25 minutes. Salary was $43K to start plus medical premium fully covered by ACD. Interviewers looked disinterested during the interview and seemed to be just going through the motions of the interview. When asked about work-life balance, the head of admissions said that most enrollment coaches worked at least 45+ hours a week with many coaches working significantly more but that this was a "personal choice" for them to do so. This was the initial interview as there would be 2-3 additional interviews after this. A background check and drug screen were also going to be required.
