The interview process consisted of two interviews - one with the individual heading the department, and one with the president of the company. The questions were fairly straight forward, and it ended up being more of a conversation than anything else.

Interview
The first interview was with a partner and it was a very pleasant experience. I was asked about specifics about immigration law, average case load, questions about my experience. The second interview was with Gunther and it was pleasant as well. He asked about my future career plans, hobbies, and more about my professional background.
