Interview
I attended an assessment centre, which comprised of two group assessments and an interview.
In preperation for my assessment centre / interview, the assistance from Sanctuary Graduates was fantastic, I cannot express my gratitude enough, towards the company. The help they gave me in preparation for my interview was excellent. They provided me with hints and tips, and assessed my answers and quality of presentation. They informed me on where I needed to improve, and also provided me with the encouragment, and confidence that I needed.
The recruiter who assisted me was Eleanor, and her service was impeccable.
Lack of communication, interviewer was late to the interview, and I did not hear back for over a month. Questions were relevant to the role. However, they are an unorganized company.
