It was a phone interview with no technical questions. The manager called me and asked me about some of the projects I had listed on my resume, and asked me to go into detail about some of the classes I took and what I learned. He also asked where my interests were.

The hiring manager called me and asked what my interests were, and why I wanted to work at Sandia. It was really easy, no technical questions. He asked about my resume and projects and programming languages that I knew.
