Extensive interview during 1 day with few people: hiring manager, HR, internal customer (Marketing), few potential peers. Very friendly and competent HR: asked questions about my experience and exmples of my behaviour in different situations. Not a single banal question which I hate ( like "where do you see yourself in 5 years?").

2. Gespräch per Video mit dem Abteilungsleiter
3. Gespräch vor Ort mit 3 Personen.
Waren sehr nett.
Nach 3 Wochen wurde die Stelle on hold gesetzt und sie würden den Prozess in 2 Monaten voraussichlich wieder aufnehmen. Habe nach 2 Monaten nachgefragt, Stelle immernoch on hold…

3 interviews with 1 week gaps in between. 1st with HR, second with hiring manager and the third with a colleague from the department.
