Santa Cruz Seaside interview questions

Interview wasn't difficult, however was told that I would hear back within a week for next steps. They never got back to me and ghosted. Heard they tend to have a reputation of ghosting.

There was an initial interview via Teams, a second interview in person with two of the department employees, and a panel interview with the top 6 Managers. Overall, a good experience. However, I never heard from them again.
