I applied online and was messaged the next day for an interview. I set up an interview for the following week, and the person I was supposed to speak to never showed up and only called to reschedule after I had emailed her 10 minutes after our interview start time. She rescheduled our meeting without asking if the timing would work for me the next day. She was again late to that meeting, and I had to reach out AGAIN to see if there were any issues. We then had a pretty easy interview, but the steps to get to that point were rather undesirable. I found it ironic when I was asked about my organizational skills... Never heard back from the company even though they said they would reach out the following week. I wasn't very motivated to follow up either.
