Interview
I was outsourced to Krakow and interviewed by a friendly yet very difficult to understand interviewer. The interview was very structured and highly impersonal. After passing the interview I was invited to an assessment center, which I initially accepted. I've attempted to get through to the Santander team to withdraw my application, however the response time has been so poor, I fear another candidate has lost their opportunity.
