The interview process is smooth, and the interviewers are friendly and knowledgable. It consists both the behavioral questions and tech questions based on your specific roles. There are three rounds in total.

Interview
Split into two halves. The first was a case study for which I had to compare fixed and variable overdraft fees by plotting graphs for each and explaining which would be most profitable for different scenarios.
The second half of the interview was competency questions, for which there was a lot of detail and back and forth questions for each.

Interview
The first round was with the hiring manager, and the other was with the department head.
Questions were about team-fitting, professional knowledge of risk management, and analytical thinking skills.
There was no round testing technical skills. In general, the process was quite fast, lasting only more than two weeks.
