Very straightforward, and to the point . I interviewed with the branch manager , and district manager. They were professional, and genuine about the work that they do. It took about 1 month to go through the entire process

Tell me a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
It was straightforward. Applied online. Got a call to schedule a in-person interview with the branch manager. Questions were simple. Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
Sit down with the district manager who asks you basic interview questions. Asked about my experience, and other common interview questions. Overall it was pretty painless and not bad to get through.
