I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Santander (Villanova, PA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Recruiter contacts you, you do a phone screen with recruiter to ensure that you are suitable for an interview.
After this, you are set up a time with a Branch Manager, who interviews you and then passes you on to a District Executive.
The District Executive essentially tells you you're not qualified to ether prepare to low ball offer or to decline. Sometimes the interviews are just to fill quotas and are very wasteful.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Santander (Garwood, NJ)
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy I actually didn’t apply for the position the branch manager reached out to me and I came to the branch for a interview i feel like i nailed the interview however still haven’t heard back and this was two months ago

Question 1
The manager basically asked about my work history regular behavioral questions and how can i make a impact on the branch
Phone interview followed by an interview with a branch manager at the branch location. Pretty straight forward process. Interview highlighted my skillset and how my past employment experiences would correlate into a job with them. Tour of the branch afterwards.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander in Feb 2025
Interview
Did one phone interview, the process itself was easy, mostly past experience and reason to apply for this position. However the hiring person confirmed with me that I'll be moved to second interview, I waited for a week and contacted them twice (both got confirmed), then I received an email about application being rejected. Really a waste of my time.
