Interview
1. Online English Test. Level: The one you specified in your resume.
2. English Phone Interview. Random questions. They do not really care about the answer but how you think on the spot.
3. Group dinamic. Work individually and in a team to solve a proble. Share ideas, solutions and make some slides afterwards to show the team answer.
4. HR Interview. Standard questions about yourself.

What was the last project you headed up, and what was its outcome?
Have you ever been on a team where someone was not pulling their own weight? How did you handle it?
The first stage was a 30 minutes interview with the Hiring Manager through video call (MS Teams), starting from describing your background and passing to technical questions from the company side.
