Santander is doing something different this year for their interview process.
First, you need to pass a phone screening.
Second, they require a video interview asking from 4-6 questions, ranging from behavioral questions to technical questions.
Third, there will be an Interview/Intern Day, which involves a group interview to see how you interact within a group of your fellow peers, then followed by a 2-on-1 interview with manager and team lead.
