Interview
The first interview is a behavioural interview. The interview followed the STAR process, this is an interview which is used to determine fit within the company culture. This is not an interview to demonstrate your technical prowess. Reviewers were the managers, fairly cordial and polite.

Easy and personal attribute based. Asked basic questions about how you would react in certain situations and asked about previous situations. 1-3 interviewers. Interview was short and sweet and the overall process was nice.
