Interview
The selection process for this position is thorough and involves multiple stages. It begins with an aptitude test to assess your problem-solving and analytical abilities. Following this, you will face programming multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and a coding challenge based on arrays, which is designed to test your basic programming skills. The next stage includes group discussions (GD) on both technical and non-technical topics, where your communication and teamwork skills will be evaluated. Successful candidates will then proceed to a technical interview to assess their subject knowledge, and finally, an HR interview to evaluate overall fit.
Thank you for sharing your detailed interview experience! We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience throughout the thorough selection process. It's great to know that our approach assesses both technical skills and communication abilities. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to enhance our process. Best of luck in your future endeavors!
