The technical interview process was an inspiring experience. It involved showcasing one of my repositories that I had previously worked on. The interviewers asked detailed questions based on the repository, exploring my thought process, design choices, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, during a pairing session, I was asked to code a new feature for the same repository. This hands-on task allowed them to assess my coding abilities in real-time and see how I approach adding new functionalities to an existing project.

Interview
This is the worst interview process I have gone through. Every step (of the EXTENSIVE) process was like pulling teeth. The team will ghost you for a week or so and then jump right back in as if nothing happened. They asked for examples of my work, gave no feedback, ghosted for a week and moved forward with the process. They mentioned they would have an answer by Friday and got back to me the next Friday as if all was normal. I met with their team over 5 times. I applied for the job in early October and due to accepting a different offer am finally ending the process in early December. This process was anxiety inducing, frustrating, and unprofessional.
