I applied online, and was immediately called in for an interview. It was a great interview done by a really good director of nurses. It is a big company with great corporate support, from what she told me. I was already “pre-interviewed” by the HR department, which was to collect my references, certifications, and all the important necessary to conduct an interview. She detailed company information, and gave me a tour. She explained the all worked and got along great with each other. She said they were professional in conduct in front of clients, but much more casual w each other.
