This was the best interview process I've ever experienced. There was an initial phone call to make sure I was a good fit for the role before we met in person. I appreciated this because taking time off of work for an interview can be difficult to manage. I met with two different people (one at a time), and we had a conversation instead of a Q&A-style interview. They asked questions when they needed to, but for the most part, they just made conversation about my work history, experiences, and what they were looking for in this role. After I spoke with the first person (who would have been my direct supervisor), he gave me a tour of the facility. Then I spoke with his supervisor, and afterward, I took a few tests. Two tests dealt with attention to detail, and the third was an Excel test (it was simple, dealing with copying/pasting, formatting, and addition/subtraction/multiplication formulas). They were all very professional and really wanted to make sure it was a good fit both ways.
