When seeking details about the company, I encountered a dismissive response. The final aspect that stood out was the handling of salary discussions. I declined to disclose my current salary and instead inquired about the budget for the role. However, transparency became a point of contention as the interviewers refused to share the budget and insisted on my salary information. The negotiation process lacked mutual openness. In light of these experiences, I found the overall culture of the organization lacking, with a notable absence of a growth mindset and flexibility.
