Interview
An assessment day consisting of numerical test, presentation and and group exercise. Three one on one interviews asking about your skills, the company, industry and experiences.
I applied online. I interviewed at Savills (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
CV and short motivation question, followed by online assessment (just behavioural) and then final round in-person assessment centre. Assessment centre had 3 segments - 2 group activities and 1 individual interview round.
Assessment centre required a 5-min presentation during the individual interview round, which you could were required to prep for beforehand.
Group activities: first one was a group 'debate' round, that was actually not a debate but just a discussion on very generic questions like "is social media good or bad" and "can the UK be considered a leader in tackling climate change". 2nd group activity was a scenario-based activity - trapped in a cave with a list of 15 items, rank the items in order of importance as a group within timed conditions.

Question 1
competence based questions for the individual interview round like tell me about a time when...
There was a Written test, presentation, group exercises and networking at the assessment centre . Seemed very relaxed and much smaller group than I had thought it would be. Feedback promised but nothing as of yet.
