Six hours of interacting with various senior members of this multi-site company. They were very interesting... Promising to get back to me after a week.... and then nothing. They ghosted me. Regardless of my past or future interest in what they do, I will not be applying again. It may be "Normal" for companies to ghost interviewees, but I find it lacks courage and respect.

This is the worst interview I had so far. The interview questions were relatively easy compared to other interviews I had but what really disappointed me is the attitude of the interviewers. It was a panel interview and the interviewers were rude and sometimes laughing for some things they cannot pronounce well. When I also asked something about the company one even answered me with the line "If you have really researched blah blah blah you would see in the R&D section of the website...". Thing is, I really did my research and I saw no R&D section of the posted website! I dunno if they have a new version of the website which was not updated in the company profile but that line really ticked me off because they were like invalidating my dedication on knowing about the company because of those things that I haven't seen or read anywhere. Instead of simply and professionally answering questions they usually add sarcastic lines or something with snide remarks. The panel interview was conducted over the phone so I dunno, that might have added to their rudeness factor. I also did a follow-up with the HR regarding their website but they did not reply and simply ghosted me. That is very unprofessional.
