Super straightforward, met at headquarters to chat. Was offered a free drink which was nice. Was asked a couple of questions about why I wanted to work with them - it felt more like a personality gauge than anything.

Very easy, conversational. Interview was in headquarters, interviewer was relaxed. They’re looking for young people that can interact with their customers for close to minimum wage- it’s not difficult to get hired.

Applied in August, didn't receive the job until November. Ridiculous application/training/interview process for a coffee shop. If you are planning on working here expect multiple 4 hour (early in the morning approx. 7am) workshops, tests, and excessive schooling.
