In the morning a lady called me by phone, she said she was from Sberbank. I thought she would plan the interview with me as it usually happens. But she started to interview me straight away, then she asked me about my salary expectations. I didn't have any time to prepare or investigate the role, so I asked what was the range in Sberbank. She absolutely ignored me and repeated "What are your expectations?". After I defined it, she wrongly calculated the hourly wage. Moreover the whole time she talked to me in a top-down arrogant way and I don't exaggerate it. I'm not even willing to proceed with the interview nor to work in a company with such attitude to newcomers. And I'm sorry for those people who get to such team.
