Quick and fair process. Initially a talk with one of the traders (i applied for the investment management internship) about motivation and basic knowledge. Afterwards a 2h self-delivered assignment. Great flexibility as the time slot for both interview and assignment can be freely chosen

Short presentation of CV. Then some basic questions like explain what an ETF is, some more basic questions about current stock market. Also some questions about the features of the App, a lot of information to this can be found in the Q&A on the website. If you know the Q&A very well you are prepared pretty good.
