as a seafarer for almost 16 years, i serve a lot of shipping company in philippines and doing my job very well. working with other nationalities is not an easy task because i need to adjust the culture, language, food and climate. work as a seafarer is not an easy job especially the weather getting worst even sleeping and eating we cannot do it but we are working to get the ship running in good condition at all times. we work as a team on board.
