"Disrespectful and Disorganized Candidate Experience" Scenthound’s hiring process was a complete waste of time and showed a blatant lack of respect for candidates. They dragged me through multiple rounds of interviews with HR, leadership, and peers, only to reject me with no professionalism whatsoever. It felt like they were just checking boxes rather than genuinely hiring. If this is how little they value people before they’re even on the payroll, I can only imagine how poorly employees are treated once they’re inside. Save yourself the effort and avoid this company entirely.
