The interview experience was incredible. Brandon, who connected with me on LinkedIn, was amazing to work with and set me up with both rounds of interviews and handled the offer that followed. The interviews were held over Zoom. I was first interviewed by two Senior Associates and subsequently, about a week later, by a Principal together with another Senior Associate. The interviewers conveyed a sense of sincere interest in hearing about my background and experience. Likewise, they were eager to share insight and provide visibility into the Company, the team, and the role. I felt extremely positive about the interview experience and the conversations we had. I was really impressed that they replied promptly to my thank you note after the interview. I know they are busy and may likely have been interviewing multiple candidates, but I felt that my candidacy was genuinely considered and evaluated. After navigating the interview process, I determined that these are the people and team I want to work with, and this is the Company I want to work for. I am elated that they made me an offer, which I accepted.

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter Jake. The phone call went smooth and was discussing details about the position. I was informed about the details on the following steps and was told I would be contacted. I was never contacted after following up. I wish things were upfront and transparent.
