Schillings interview questions

The process was kind of ridiculous. It started with a typical application. I was then asked to do a 100+ question personality test plus an excel spreadsheet assessment. After that, a 9 question video interview. I was then brought into the main office for almost 2 hours and didn't even meet with the hiring manager.
