A recruiter told me about the position, they set up an interview with the Branch Manger & the Area Operations Manager. Got good feedback, then interviewed with the Territory Manager then the District Manager. They asked some boiler plate HR questions and once past that they'll ask more specific questions that relate to your skills and how they relate to the specific job.
After jumping through all the HR hoops I got an offer.
I negotiated a few things but for the most part it was a good offer.
