Interview
The interview was fairly easy. You interview with 2-3 employees, and they ask basic interest questions. There were not any behavioral questions; the interview mainly focused on your personal experience. An AP-Style assessment followed the interview, which took about 30 minutes - 1 hour. STF called back within two weeks to extend the offer.

Several Zoom interviews with a variety of people. My first interview was one-on-one, but my following interview was with the original interviewer + one of the higher ups within the company.
