Recently interview for R&D centre, Bangalore. It had 3 technical, 1 managerial and a HR round. Interviewers we’re good and courteous but after HR round, I was told that the team is working on my offer almost everyday and after almost a month the company recruiter literally sends a mail saying they are interviewing more candidate and they need more time. This is very unprofessional. After HR round, instead of informing the actual status, providing wrong update was misleading. If you’re applying to R&D centre - Bangalore, I suggest you wait for the official offer letter and not to go ahead with their word. I wish the organisation could look into such issues.
