First, I had a phone screening with HR, a few days later with the hiring manager, and then a few days after that it was with another manager. The interview process was a smooth and direct one. Everybody was straight forward, there wasn't any unnecessary steps, and it all went in a timely manner. Often with bigger companies, they aren't straight forward on the process, it's weeks between each interview, and the interview themselves seems like an interrogation. The interviews I had at Schneider felt more like a discussion even though complex analytical questions were asked.
