3 rounds, tech1 managerial, hr. its easy process, bargain for 100% you will get atleast 70%. the only reason people working here is due to compensation and no work

nothing complex, interviewer should learn sap 1st, whatever they see in schneider, they try to ask.
They should learn to do interview, without carrying laptops.
they just keep the questions beforehand and ask. its stupid process.
