Interview
Recruiter will process everything from setting up of calendar invites, web hosting and application forms.
Supervisor is the 2nd stop. If he likes you, he will revert to the recruiter so that the recruiter can put up a meeting with hiring manager.
Hiring Manager is the final guy to assess if you'll get the job.

The interview was really cool. It lasted about 1 hour and contained mainly technical questions. There were no more recruitment stages, just this interview. After a few days I got an offer but I couldn't negotiate.
