Multiple phone-screening interviews where your CV is reviewed. After some behavioural questions, they focus on pure technical questions regarding coding, CD/CI, Test-Driven development, etc.
The last stage is a code test that you need to perform in the company's headquarters where you will need to show your TDD skills esentially.
