Me postulé por LinkedIn. Me enviaron un mensaje de RH por WhatsApp de registrarme en una página y realice una video entrevista de aproximadamente media hora. Días después por medio de WhatsApp me dijeron que tenía que desarrollar unos Assets para una entrevista y preparar una presentación con esos Assets.

Me hicieron preguntas en relación a cómo desarrolle los assets y sobre experiencia previa, dos o tres preguntas situacionales.
It was a pretty basic behavioral interview where I was asked about past experiences and future goals. There were two interviews total, one over the phone and one in person.

Interview
I applied through my school's job database. I got a call from a nice, Schneider electric recruiter. I interviewed with the recruiter right then and there. I was told later that day, that I was given a next-round interview at the location itself. I was given an offer, and had to go back and actually apply through the Schneider Job Database (since I just send resumes to the listed person on our job database). Great, fast and easy experience.
