I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Mumbai) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very good and well organized. Not very technical. Questions asked from resume and you take the course of the interview. The interviewers are not very intimidating during the process and they try to make it easy for you.
The interview process went smoothly and didn't drag on. The company was great with feedback and next steps. It was more of a conversational interview with team members that clearly understood what the job was and what they were looking for.

Interview
Very good experience from the initial recruiter call to hiring manager, and final panel interview.

traditional and following the process can work. Typically 4-5 rounds depending on teams but I got one more for location match. Overall not a bad experience compared to others I had. Flexible and work around your schedule
