Interview
The interview process consisted of typical steps like a recruiter phone screening, hiring manager interview, HR interview (combined), and senior manager interview. The process was very smooth, the communication and updates were great, and the interview questions were well thought out and executed well. The interviewers were very professional, respected everyone's time, and gave great updates on the expected timeline at every step. The interview questions were great in seeking candidate experience/ value add ability and setting clear expectations for success in the new role. I would highly recommend SE to others.

Interviewers asked around 2 behavioral questions, 3 task-oriented questions, and left ample time for introductions at the beginning and Q&A at the end. Good discussions in Q&A and gave at least 15 minutes so it didn't feel rushed
