I applied online. I interviewed at SchoolStatus in Jan 2024
Interview
I had scheduled an interview, and took time off work to be available. 5 minutes after the interview was supposed to start, I was informed that we would need to reschedule, and was asked about my availability on a different day. I was open to rescheduling and gave several hours of availability on the suggested date. I never received a response after this.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SchoolStatus in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was thorough but very well-organized. I had 7 interviews in total: one with the hiring manager, four with team members from different departments, a follow-up with the hiring manager, and one with her boss.
The four department interviews were all scheduled on the same day with short breaks in between, which made the process feel manageable and efficient. Even though it was a lot of conversations, it didn't feel overwhelming because everyone was very friendly and encouraging, and I was able to knock them out in one day.
Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, open, and helpful. SchoolStatus was transparent throughout, so I always knew what to expect and felt prepared going into each stage. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a clear picture of both the role and the company culture.
The interview process was fairly average in regard to meeting with HR, the hiring manager, and a 2 higher up roles. Everyone was kind in the process and very transparent about next steps and timelines.
