Standard. 2-3 interviews. One of those being in person. After having 3 different phone interviews, they flew me up to interview in person. The process was pretty typical. Just recommend researching the company well and their products. Also, know the competition. And how to apply your own skill set strategically to the position.

Interview
The company is well organized, although lacking in leadership currently. The work culture is pretty laid back. The hiring process was standard and required a few weeks because you had to meet with management in most of the departments that you'd be working for (There is a high volume of centricity).
