Was given two phone interviews with two different people. If you past those you got a third interview. The first person attached general knowledge questions. The second person ask how you would apply your knowledge to the task at hand and why you applied for the company.

I was told not a candidate after the second round of interviews. The process of the interview is fair, however, it seems they want a person with a robust programming and parallel computing experience.
